Returns
We put a lot of care into the products we create, and we hope you feel that the moment your order arrives. But if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
If you need to return an item, just reach out using our Contact Us form here on the site within 15 days of when your package was delivered. Please include your order number and a brief note about the reason for the return. We’ll review your request and send over the return instructions if it’s approved.
To be eligible, the item must be in brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear. It also needs to have all original tags and packaging intact. Items marked as final sale or sent back outside of the 15-day window aren’t eligible for return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll need to send the item back to us within five days, using your preferred shipping method. We’ll begin processing your refund as soon as the item arrives and passes inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
